A Musical Note
The hotel offers a magnificent view of the historic St. Stephens Basilica. The design of the Aria Hotel Budapest draws inspiration from musical genres. Each of the hotel wings are decked out in a unique musical theme: Classical, Jazz, Opera and the Contemporary. This hotel is quite an experience for music lovers. From reception, lobby, dining, to guest rooms, the musical vibes keep coming through.
Taking the Hospitality Game Up a Notch
We all know how difficult it is to feel at home when you are away in a new destination. The Trip Advisor reviews don’t lie; Hotel Aria Budapest has been working tirelessly to make guests feel at home. Given the quality of the facilities and the excellent complementary services, the hotel is definitely setting up a strong precedent in the hospitality market.
My Room at Aria Hotel Budapest
As I mentioned earlier, a musical theme has been incorporated into the design of the Aria Hotel Budapest to create a rhythmic and harmonious interior. Hungarian designer, Zoltan Varro, saw to it that visitors walk down a hall of piano keys from the reception to the lush lounge.
Any hotel that offers good lighting in the room has me won over. I immediately fell in love with the luxe setting of my signature room. The skylight and huge windows offered me a marvellous view of Budapest. A striking feature in the room was Joseph Blechato’s quirky caricature paying homage to masters of music.
The bathroom, which offered a separate tub and shower, was covered with impressive floor to ceiling yellow onyx. The dramatic stone work offered a truly luxurious experience. I must add that I totally enjoyed indulging in the Molton Brown London bath and body products.
Icing on the Cake: Complementary Services to Spoil You
Aria Hotel Budapest offers a number of complementary services to give you a truly luxurious experience. Free Wi-Fi is available all over the hotel and every room is outfitted with a number of impressive facilities like a mobile phone, an espresso machine, a smart multi-media system, and chocolates during turn down service! Hotel Aria also invites guests to sip complimentary wine and cheese at the Music Garden as they sway to tunes from the live pianist.
Let Us Eat
Hotel Aria offers a number of unique dining options. Stradivari features modern Hungarian cuisine to tickle your taste buds. The chef brings fresh farm produce to the table with a great play on taste and flavour. If you want to catch up with a friend over a cup of coffee or just to have some time for yourself to sit back relax, Satchmo’s Bar & Library Lounge are your best options. The hotel’s rooftop is a must visit even if you aren’t staying the property. The rooftop offers excellent craft cocktails as well as a view of Budapest that you will cherish forever. I also highly recommend indulging in a leisurely in-room breakfast. The Eggs Benedict was delicious!
Bottom Line
The innovative and quirky décor of the Aria Hotel Budapest is perfect for fun loving people; the beautiful rooftop, excellent service, and extravagant facilities will definitely leave you feeling pampered and relaxed.
