A luxurious gem by Marriott Bonvoy
The St. Regis Mardavall Resort is a member of the Marriott Bonvoy group and offers 125 guestrooms and suites. Each room has its own private balcony with picturesque views of the Spanish landscapes or the coast. Renowned for its luxury, the St Regis Mardavall exudes sophistication through its spacious, contemporary designs. The resort boasts an aesthetic of timeless beauty and it is certainly one of the best properties I have had the pleasure of staying at.
I very quickly realized that the St. Regis Mardavall had something for everyone. Its Michelin Star restaurant, exquisite spa experience and even electric day boats meant the resort could be enjoyed by solo, coupled or family travellers.
Mediterranean Dining
The resort’s restaurant ‘Es Fum’ was a completely magical experience from start to finish. Upon entry, the restaurant’s beautiful interior embodied tones of warmth and style, and this was continued with the seamless transition to Es Fum’s outside dining area. I walked out into an elegantly lit dining area and was taken aback by the night-time sea views from my dinner table. The food was nothing short of delicious – from a menu offering tastes of local cuisine, I picked colourful Mediterranean dishes that were made to order with local ingredients.
Alternative to the resort’s staple restaurant, I enjoyed a brilliant evening meal at the Aqua Restaurant. Here, vibrant colours and sounds surrounded me for the duration of my dinner and the food was authentic and well presented.
No Mediterranean stay is complete without a refreshing and zesty cocktail. Throughout my stay I made the most of the St. Regis Mardavall’s best cocktails on offer – they certainly did not disappoint. Concocted by a team of friendly bar staff, I had the pleasure of drinking a summery Hugo spritz amongst others.
Fit for a King
When staying at the St. Regis Mardavall Mallorca Resort, I didn’t just feel at home, I felt like royalty. A totally personalized service left me feeling at times as if I was the only guest staying at the resort. From a well-kept room to a personal butler service (a special mention to Kristina, you’re a gem!), I always felt well looked after and this was one of my highlights of the stay. My delicious in-room breakfast was a special touch of the experience and was faultlessly brought to my room with a good morning and a smile.
The resort’s Spa is a magical hideaway and has luxurious facilities and treatments to rejuvenate its guests. I took advantage of this opportunity and booked in for an unwinding facial experience that relieved my stresses and left my face feeling brand new.

It’s a retreat like no other. The St. Regis Mardavall is an enchanting resort and ensures every guest leaves with recharged batteries and great memories. Elegance and style are just two words to describe the quality experience provided by the resort, but there are not enough words to describe the dedication and care of its staff.
